| Description: Called this plumber out for a tankless water heater repair. Was very rude and insulting during the consultation. Took 5 minutes to determine "the problem" without really looking at anything. Then he refused to discuss that the problem might be something else (I had already talked to the manufacturer, and they did not feel that that paticular thing was the issue). Recommend fix was installing $1700 of NG piping, even though existing pipe sizes were larger than the recommended sizes in the installation manual (with less distance from meter). Another plumber came out and fixed our problem right away (ended up being the circuit board and cost much much less). 1 week plus worth of cold showers and frustrating calls due to these yahoos. |
